A social impact leader and finance professional with a decade of experience in community empowerment, Rubbal’s career highlights include her tenure at the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, where she enhanced student employability by equipping underprivileged youth with specialized skills, and her role as Co-founder and CFO of Nairee Ventures, bridging gaps in educational financing for those in need. Anchored in values of integrity, empathy, and sustainable social change that mirror the Foundation’s mission, she is eager to apply her expertise in financial strategy and program delivery to amplify outreach, scale impact, and empower marginalized communities across India.
