He has been working in MP and in the states in the vicinity on the issues of malnutrition, education, health and governance. He has worked in grass root level NGOS, International Funding agencies and Govt on senior positions. Served till 2014 and since then I am working with CRY and TDH on issues of malnutrition and preparing booklets, brochures, pamphlets on nutrition, adolescents issues and children’s health. Also he has written text books, teachers learning material and manuals for state govt for SCERT, Director Public Health for MP State Govt and Various states of India. Also wrote booklets and books for children while working in Eklavya. Have edited and written various training material realted to women empowerment and local governance for MP State Govt. My books are published in Hindi Literature and awarded. Several articles, stories, book reviews and Poems are published in magazines, news papers and journals. Accomplishments till date • Led various advocacy based issues in the state like removal of two child norm from PRI, right to education, right to food, girl child education, violence against women and children, NREGA, Health issues like- ARSH & Life Skills Education, IMR and MMR etc. • Wrote more than 50 case Studies on development social and women and child rights, also most of them were related to health and educational subjects; which were shared, liked and published by news papers and got extreme popularity on social media. Regularly use to write such case studies for national level news papers and blogs. • Completed & developed Decentralized Planning Processes for MP State Planning Commission, Govt of MP & Unicef in four districts of Madhya Pradesh viz- Sehore, Hoshangabad, Betul and Harda for two financial years involving poor, marginalized communities and women at a large. • Total Literacy Campaign in Dewas district as district Coordinator under National Literacy Mission, Govt of India and Govt of Madhya Pradesh. • Developed Text Books Curriculum for MP Govt Class I to V with then SCERT, working on Science and English text books for UP Govt in present project. • Supported in developing Text Books on primary education, Hoshangabad Science Program and Social Science Program of Eklavya Research Institute, MP. • Developed Manuals on various educational themes and syllabus for teachers training of MP and other states of India. • Developed manuals for Directorate of Public Health, Govt of MP on Adolescent Reproductive & Sexual Health. • Established an Adolescent Resource Center in Indore for undivided MP with support from CEDPA, Washington, DC and UNFPA. • Developed Manuals for Elected Women Representatives on various topics like Gram Sabha, Social Audit, PTA, Health, VHND and other issues under MP Panchayati Raj Act for MP Govt. • An active campaign leader for eradication of Two Child Norm from PRI Act MP Govt. • Headed as Principal in a CBSE School and Worked as Administrative officer in Army School, Mhow. • Developed capacities of more than 20,000 teachers directly on Pedagogy, trained more than 10,000 adolescents and youths on Life Skill Education, trained more than 5000 elected women representatives • Trained and placed more than 5000 BPL youths under livelihood training programs in MP & CG.
