Mr Pradeep Gupta is a social enthusiast, woking with a determination to succeed. He is conscientious and a self motivated individual with great zeal and a knack for recognizing opportunities and talent. With excellent organizational and staff management skills, combined with the ability to manage a substantial workload, he is motivated and determined to bring about a change. After completing his Masters in Social Work with specialisation in Community Organization and Development Practice from TISS, Mumbai, Mr. Gupta has never look back. Under his non- profit organization, ‘Agadhbodh Foundation’, he, with his team members, is constantly working for the rural, under- privileged and minorities in and around Jharkhand. He has been part of various social welfare projects and institutes, a facilitator in Jagriti Yatra (2013) and Yuva Prerna Yatra (2014) which aimed at empowering entrepreneurship among youths. He has motivated communities in Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh and Jharkhand and has done commendable work in skill development. His Foundation works for raging social issues like women empowerment, employment concerns, mental health risks, etc. Mr. Gupta has been working relentlessly and is dedicated to do the same in future.
