In the rapidly evolving digital economy, specially-abled youth often face a “double disadvantage”: physical barriers to traditional learning and a lack of access to future technology. While Jharkhand has immense potential, there is a critical need for inclusive, slow-paced, and empathetic training environments. This project aims to turn “disability” into “digital-ability” by providing 180 hours of high-impact training. The baseline assessment conducted with 25 enrolled participants reveals a significant digital divide, coupled with high motivation for learning and independence. The findings strongly validate the need for a slow-paced, highly practical, and confidence-building training approach.
