Priyanka Sanga has joined Agadhbodh Foundation as Program Coordinator, bringing her strong academic background with an M.A. in Sociology and a PGDM in Rural Management from XISS, Ranchi along with practical grassroots experience from rural camp and exposure visit to Nagri Block, Ranchi. Previously, she worked with Mahila Housing Trust as a Community Action Group Expert, where she facilitated women’s participation and promoted community-led solutions. At Agadhbodh Foundation, a non-profit organization committed to uplifting marginalized communities in Jharkhand through education, women empowerment, health, and livelihood initiatives, Priyanka’s role involves planning and executing community outreach programs, supporting ongoing initiatives, mobilizing community participation, and designing innovative social impact projects. Her passion for social empowerment, sustainable development, and rural livelihoods aligns well with the foundation’s vision to bring positive change and inclusion to underprivileged groups in rural Jharkhand.
