He is a development professional with 18 years of experience driving multisectoral collaboration and strategic partnerships across India’s public health and social sectors. He has worked with UN agencies (UNICEF, UNDP, ILO), the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare (Central TB Division and NACO), International Organization (The Union), state governments (Department of Health & Family Welfare), and civil society in several national programme. Expertise in project & team management, government and corporate partnerships, policy development, and providing technical support to high-impact health initiatives. Proven ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, and deliver measurable outcomes. Developed understanding of public health systems, health intervention, data-driven decision-making, budget, and monitoring & evaluation frameworks. Instrumental in high-level advocacy, mobilizing political and administrative support for national programme, public policy, organizational development, convergence & social inclusion, social mobilization supportive supervision and result-based management. Experience in inter-ministerial collaboration, multi-stakeholder engagement, corporate partnership, Corporate Social Responsibility and resource mobilization. Hand on experience in facilitated and formalizing partnership of MoHFW with several Ministries of Govt. of India and Business Associations by entering into Memoranda of Understanding, dealing with PSUs/CPSEs/MSMEs, develop Joint Action Plan and effective executions to get desired results. Academically, completed Master in Social Work (MSW) from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) Mumbai (India).
