Ms. Shanti Kumari is a seasoned social development professional with over 20 years of experience in the social sector. A graduate and a proud tribal woman, she has consistently championed tribal rights, women’s empowerment, and youth employment initiatives across multiple districts of Jharkhand. Her work reflects a deep commitment to building inclusive and sustainable communities. She currently serves as the Secretary of Hindustan Scouts & Guides, Jharkhand State, an autonomous unit under the Ministry of Youth, Culture, and Sports, where she plays a pivotal role in nurturing leadership and civic responsibility among young people. Ms. Kumari’s expertise and grassroots experience make her a valuable voice in shaping impactful programs and guiding the vision of Agadhbodh Foundation.
