Ms.Samiksha Rai

Samiksha is purpose-driven professional with a strong foundation in Management, Liberal Arts, and Leadership, earned through the Vedica Scholars Programme for Women. Her journey is rooted in creating meaningful social impact through strategic thinking, collaboration, and on-ground implementation, especially in the areas of education, mental health, and public policy. With a diverse background in the development sector, She has worked across organizations like Reach to Teach Foundation, where she played a key role in building strategic partnerships and alliances. She led research initiatives to design compelling grant pitches and contributed to the analysis and delivery of critical education programs aligned with NAS 2021 and the National Education Policy (NEP). As Project Manager at Agadhbodh Foundation during the COVID-19 pandemic, She was instrumental in coordinating resource management, streamlining operations, and leading social media outreach to support communities in crisis. Her work reflected agility, empathy, and the ability to mobilize action in uncertain times. In the mental health space, She volunteered with Tatava Connect, where She supported awareness initiatives by analysing mental health sessions, coordinating wellness webinars, and curating databases of mental health practitioners. This experience deepened my understanding of psychological well-being as a core component of holistic development. Her multidisciplinary education and grassroots experience equip me to bridge the gap between strategy and execution. She is passionate about driving systemic change, fostering cross-sector collaboration, and building sustainable solutions that empower communities.
