Pankaj Chandra Goswami leading social entrepreneur who have chosen social work over journalism as a means of social change.He is awardee of prestigious IIFCO IIMCA AWARD 2023 for public service. After completing the course of journalism from Indian Institue of Mass Communication New Delhi , He opted for public service as his field work with an aim to bring about a positive change at the grassroot level in the tribal dominated state of Jharkhand .He is also contributing to strengen democracy at the grassroots level in left wing affected areas by bringing the youth who had strayed into illegal activities into the main stream.He is a core team member of MiSSION BADLAV team ,a youths led Organazation for positive social change in Jharkhand. Pankaj has done his Masters twice in mass communication and Sanskrit literature and qualified UGC NET in both subjects . He says "AgadhBodh "does not want to grow only as an organisationbut it wants to grow as an ideaidea which can bring a comprehensive and inclusive change with human dignity and respected.He is actively participating in " Aadharbhoot shiksha ke badle samudayik karykram"which is led by Agadhbodh foundation.
